Hereby I want to share with you 2 tips how to recognize the knife you buy is cheap or not.

1. The knife blade: a "7" shape blade is a little expensive then the regular one. 

2. The handle neck: it is more expensive if it with stage on two side. The flat one is cheaper.

For stages and "7" shape blade with more polishing procedures. If necessary, the labors need to polish it one piece by one piece. That is why it cost more.
